A full body therapeutic/swedish treatment that works the soft tissue and superficial muscles using lighter pressure. Prenatal Massage
Prenatal or pregnancy Massage predominantly uses swedish Massage techniques (light pressure) It places clients in a side lying, tilt back or downward position with the proper pillows and support. The benefits for mothers to be is reducing hip and joint pain, sciatica, muscle spasms and lower back pain. Myofascial decompression/cupping
